Project: Expansion of the industrial park
The industrial park in Lienen is being expanded in the area around Ölbergstraße. As part of the road construction work and the construction of a rainwater retention basin, Koop Wasserbau was commissioned to carry out the necessary water drainage measures.
Hillside Dewatering for the New Neandertal Gymnasium (Erkrath)
In Erkrath, a new secondary school (Gymnasium) with a modern sports hall and an integrated retention basin is being built. Due to the sloping site, Koop Wasserbau is taking on the central task of water management/dewatering. The site requires a combination of deep and shallow foundations. To ensure stability and drainage, Koop Wasserbau is installing deep drains at variable depths and lengths, running parallel to the slope beneath the planned building.

Retention soil filter Bochum
As part of the construction of a retention soil filter in Bochum, Koop Dewatering is supporting STRABAG GmbH with the dewatering of an excavation pit flooded by heavy rainfall. The aim of the operation is to drain the excavation pit as quickly as possible and thus ensure that it can be driven over and that construction work can progress safely.

Groundwater lowering in Bruno-Apitz-Straße, Berlin
Koop Dewatering was commissioned to lower the groundwater level as part of a construction project in Bruno-Apitz-Straße in Berlin. The aim was to create a safe and environmentally friendly working environment while minimizing noise pollution in the urban area. The focus was on efficient dewatering and sustainable treatment of the extracted groundwater.

Federal policy construction site
Koop Wasserbau played an important role in the early project phase for the extension of the Federal Chancellery in Berlin. During the preparatory ground investigations, we installed a pipe bridge with a span of 8 meters and a flange pipe with a diameter of 150 mm. These structures were used in test drillings to analyze the soil conditions - a crucial basis for a safe and stable foundation.

New construction project in Waldstraße, Lingen
In Waldstraße in Lingen, Bauunternehmung Hofschröer is building a modern residential and office building with an underground garage. Koop is playing a central role in this project.
Oldenzaal, Villa apartments construction
Hulst estate is located in the middle of the beautiful Twente countryside in Oldenzaal. In this estate 8 luxury villa apartments will be built, equipped with all the amenities of a new building, including underground parking.
Dorsten/Wulfen, Development of the industrial park
For the development of the industrial park in Dorsten/Wulfen, we milled approx. 900 m of drainage in the 1st section at a depth of 3.50 m for the construction of a rainwater retention basin including pipe trench for the sewer construction.
Bremen, New business premises DMK
Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH would like to move into new premises in Bremen in 2023. This project is being carried out in cooperation with Johann Bunte Bauunternehmung Papenburg.
Dordrecht, repair Toermalijnring
The company van Burken Buisleiding awarded us the contract for the stress relief dewatering to restore the Toermalijnring water transport pipeline in Dordrecht. Gravity drainage will be used to complete the phreatic package.
Val de Saône, vertical dewatering
In the Val de Saône (France), Koop Wasserbau is carrying out a very large contract. For the construction of a new gas pipeline by GRT Gaz, Koop Wasserbau is providing drainage in cooperation with Jan Kwade & Sohn KG.
