Development of the industrial park

For the development of the industrial park in Dorsten/Wulfen, we milled approx. 900 m of drainage in the 1st section at a depth of 3.50 m for the construction of a rainwater retention basin including pipe trench for the sewer construction.

Subsequently, our employees laid out approx. 200 m of drainage pipes at the stormwater retention basin, with the required inflow pieces + check valves also already in place for the sewer construction, installed a sand trap and set up four diesel pumps. The ten drainage lines were connected to the pumps by means of drainage pots to ensure that the pumps continuously pumped water.

In the second section, a further 300 m of drainage along the B58 was then cut to a depth of 3.50 m for the laying of a DN 160 high-pressure pipeline under conditions that were not entirely easy – it had rained for weeks and the soil was very soft as a result.

For this section, our employees installed another three diesel pumps with about 150 m of drainage pipe and a sand trap.

In the third section, 2 x 30 m – 4+1 vacuum filters were flushed in by hand, since in this area the DN 160 high-pressure line had to be laid through a trench and we could not or were not allowed to drive through this with the milling machine. For this 2 x 30 m – filter system we converted two diesel pumps from the second section, which has been completed in the meantime.
